Senior Night

Tuesday was senior night against Portland Christian.  Though our teams fought hard, unfortunately they lost both varsity games to PC.  A noteworthy stat from the girls game was that Gracie Irving pulled down an incredible 16 rebounds in the girls game.

Playing in their last home game Faith would like to give a special thanks to their seniors for a great year and incredible career.  We wish them all the best with the rest of the season!

Senior Night / White Out 1/22

Tuesday night will be a big night for Faith basketball as they take on Portland Christian and try to put themselves in good position to make the league playoffs.  This will be the last home game of the year, which means its senior night.  We are also going to be doing a white out...the first 80 fans will be given a white t-shirt.  Everyone should wear a white shirt to the game just in case you don't get there in time for the free shirt.  Lets honor our seniors by having lots of fans come out and support our teams!

Another Coaching Record Broken

Just a couple of weeks ago the girls coach Bill Stephens broke the girls all time win record and now it is the boys coach in his second year breaking the boys all time wins record.  Herb Kirchem started coaching the Faith Falcons boys varsity team last year and led them to a 19-6 record...this year Coach Kirchem has won 6 games so far putting him at a total of 25 victories, catapulting himself to the top of the coaching leader-boards at Faith.  Records have been kept since 2005.

Congratulations to Coach Herb Kirchem!!!!!!!!

FALCONS SWEEP BOBCATS

This week got off to a great start when all three Faith Bible teams beat the Nestucca Bobcats.  First the JV boys started things off with a victory.

Next the Varsity Girls took the court and the game wasn't even close as they won 39-12.  Claire Schumock lead the scoring with 13 points.  Marra Irving was the top rebounder with 7.  Traci Fleming and Chandelle Stanton both had 3 steals.  The girls played excellent defense allowing only 6 points through the first three quarters.

The Boys completed the sweep winning their game 47-35.

Below are some fans with their "fatheads"
