TRACK PRACTICES OFFICIALLY START

Faith Bible Christian School has an amazing track program. A really big factor that makes the track season so awesome is the athletes. Whether they are returning stars, or brand new participants, everyone works as a team and encourages each other. Coach Amy Kirkpatrick has been coavhing for 7 years and is loved by the entire school. She pushes the athletes to work harder than they thought they could. Last year, Jackson VanVuren won the 2A state championship and set the 2A state reord for Javelin. He went on to graduate with a full ride scholarship to the University of Oregon. Michelle Allan took 1st place in state for pole vaulting last year and is hoping to go back.  Michelle says, "I want to work towards state, and improve with every practice."   This is going to be a great year for track, only another week until meets start.
