Faith Bible played host to Gervais on a sunny autumn afternoon. Gervais started the game off strong and scored the opening goal of the game in the 12'. Faith played very poised and under control for the next coming minutes. Zach Braem tapped in his 4th goal of the season in the 25' to tie the game up at 1-1. The Falcons continued to put together some decent passages of play to close out the half. The Falcons came out of the half time break ready to go. Mason Demaris, playing his first full game since injuring his back, had a great individual effort to give the Faith the lead in the 46'. Demaris beat a handful of defenders before slotting home an 8 yard shot. Faith continued to defend well and worked hard on and off the ball for the remaining 34 minutes to see out the win. Braden O'Reilly had 14 saves in net and had a fantastic game for the Falcons. Faith visits Life Christian this Friday at 4 PM.
